Where we ship
We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently ship internationally.
Processing time
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse.
Delivery time
Standard delivery is typically 7–12 business days after dispatch. Remote areas and peak season (late November through December) can add a few days. If your order has not arrived 20 business days after dispatch, contact us and we will trace or replace it.

- Free standard shipping on US orders over $59
- Flat $6.90 standard shipping on orders under $59
Tracking
Tracking can lag for 48–72 hours while a parcel moves between carriers. If tracking has not updated for more than 7 days, email us and we will investigate.
Wrong address
Check your address at checkout. If you need to change it, email us within 12 hours of ordering. Once a parcel is dispatched we cannot redirect it.
