Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund if:

• The product has not been downloaded
• The refund request is made within 7 days of the original purchase date

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Products that have already been downloaded
• Refund requests made more than 7 days after purchase
• Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Refundable” in the product listing

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email support@vavacidigital.com with:

• Your order number
• The product name
• Date of purchase
• Reason for refund request

Processing Time

Refund requests are reviewed within 24-48 hours. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective or incorrect product (file is corrupted, does not match the description, etc.), please contact us immediately at support@vavacidigital.com. We will provide a replacement or full refund regardless of download status.
