All products sold on Vavaci Digital are digital goods delivered electronically. By purchasing, you receive a license to use the product as described in the product listing. Ownership and intellectual property rights remain with Vavaci Digital unless otherwise stated.

2. Purchases and Payments

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept major credit and debit cards. All sales are final for downloaded products.

3. Refund Policy

Undownloaded products may be refunded within 7 days of purchase. Downloaded products are not eligible for refunds. To request a refund, email support@vavacidigital.com with your order number.

4. Product Use and Licensing

Digital products are licensed for use according to the terms specified in each product listing. Unauthorized redistribution, resale, or sharing of purchased products is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of your license.

5. Account Responsibility

Vavaci Digital provides products “as is” without warranty. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
